To place an order online, please register for an account with PORTER INTERNATIONAL. This will help speed up the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. To register, click the “Sign in/Register” icon on the top right corner of our homepage and follow the instructions to become a member.
Upon completion, please select the item(s) you would like to purchase from our site and click “Shopping cart/Buy now.”
Once you have finished shopping, click the “Cart” icon on the top right to verify the item(s), make any changes to the item(s) or quantity, and start your payment process.
After your order is finalized and the payment process is completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email at the email address you registered with. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours after placing your order, please contact our customer service representatives via phone at +65 6533 8685 or email at porter_sg@ll-porter.com. In order to quickly locate your order, please provide your order number when speaking with a customer service representative.

To ensure that the item(s) is reserved, you need to complete the checkout process and finalize the order, as items in your shopping cart are unconfirmed.
Out of stock items are indicated by a grayed out “Shopping cart/Buy now” icon and will not be available for purchase. The items will be available once stock has been replenished.
Please fill out the correct name, address, and phone number during the member registration process to ensure an accurate order and shipping process.
Orders are unable to be changed once finalized and confirmed. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service representatives.

We offer a flat shipping rate of SGD$10 and free shipping for orders of SGD$500 or more for all domestic shipments. Shipping is limited to Singapore at the moment.
The standard delivery timeframe for deliveries in Singapore is approximately 1-3 business days upon shipment. Please be advised that delivery estimations are subject to change and dependent on location, weather, or other extenuating circumstances. PORTER INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for the delivery time and cannot be held liable in regards to the delivery process or standard of delivery.
To review or check the status of your order, please click on "Track Order" on the member page. We ship primarily with TA.Q.BIN, GDEX or SINGPOST delivery for all domestic orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and China Union Pay Card, as well as PayPal, PayNow (UEN 200510869E), and bank transfers. Note that for PayNow and bank transfer transactions, payment must be received by the bank transfer deadline to avoid having your order cancelled. Once payment has been made, the order will be processed and shipped to you and a shipping notification will be emailed. Please provide the order number (i.e. PT18062500703) under remarks in the payment.
Why does the "This page can’t be displayed" message appear after entering credit card information? Has my order been paid successfully?
If, after selecting the payment method and clicking [Submit], the webpage appears blank or cannot be displayed, it indicates that the checkout process is incomplete. We recommend contacting our customer service team via email or phone to verify the order status and system functionality. If the system is functioning normally, the checkout failure may be due to the following reasons:
1. Encryption Strength: After entering credit card information, if you encounter a page displaying "This page can’t be displayed," it's often because the encryption strength of your IE browser has not been upgraded to 128-bit SSL encryption, leading to rejection by the bank's card authorization server. Updating your IE browser's encryption standards should resolve this issue.
2. Temporary Internet Files: If there's a blank space before or after entering the card number on the payment page, it might be because the Temporary Internet Files in your computer have not been cleared for a long time, preventing the webpage from updating. Clearing the Temporary Internet Files and retrying should resolve the issue.
3. Antivirus Software: Some antivirus software installed on your computer may affect the display status of the checkout page, possibly due to excessively high security levels. Lowering the security level setting of your antivirus software and retrying the operation may resolve the issue. If none of the above scenarios solve the problem, please feel free to contact us via email or phone to change the checkout method.
If you are needing to cancel your order, please contact our online customer service representatives immediately via phone at +65 6533 8685 or email at porter_sg@ll-porter.com with your order confirmation number available. Please note that all cancellations are final, and cancellations are not available once items have been shipped.
The following product return policies are only applicable to online purchases on the official website:
According to the Consumer Protection Law, we will accept returns of any unused and defective or incorrect merchandise with the original receipt within 7 days from the date you received the item. All returns must be in its original packaging with all original parts/items. We do not accept the returns of used, washed, or incomplete merchandise with missing parts/items. No return or exchange is allowed in any retail outlets.
In addition, we currently do not accept partial order returns for an order with multiple items. If you wish to do so, please return all items and place a new order for the item(s) you need. If the item you need is out of stock or if the price has changed, the new order will be in accordance with the stock and price listed at that moment. Until we have received your return order, we will proceed with the refund.
REFUNDS
For payment(s) made with a credit card, refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for purchase. It is critical that you provide accurate information when checking out to ensure a smooth return process.

Purchases done in physical stores cannot be returned. If the item is unused, and/or found to be defected, exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please show proof of purchase (i.e. receipt, credit card records, customer service card, etc.). Original packing and all accessories included must be returned in its original condition. Items available for exchanges or returns are limited to those paid for by cash or card; items purchased via gift cards are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Items which have been used or washed cannot be exchanged or returns. For items that have been purchased for more than 7 days, only maintenance and repair services are available. Exchanges and returns will not be offered.

How do I maintain nylon items?
To maintain nylon items, do not store in high temperature areas or near steam.
Before placing any nylon items in storage, be sure to clean the surface and let it dry in a well ventilated area. Always store the nylon bag in a dry area away from light.
Our nylon products are often paired with different fabric linings or metal hardware; therefore, spot clean items with a damp, soft cloth for dirt or dust, adding neutral detergent if treating an oil stain. Be sure to wipe with a dry cloth afterwards and do not to wash item in a washing machine or dry clean as solvents may negatively affect the color or material itself.
If subject to rain, wipe clean as soon as possible and let item dry in a well ventilated area to prevent mildew.
Please do not overstuff or overload the bag as this could damage to the bag and its hardware.

To maintain canvas items, do not store in high temperature areas or near steam.
Before placing any canvas items in storage, be sure to clean the surface and let it dry in a well ventilated area. Always store the canvas bag in a dry area away from light.
Our canvas products are often paired with different fabric linings or metal hardware; therefore, spot clean items with a damp, soft cloth for dirt or dust, adding neutral detergent if treating an oil stain. Be sure to wipe with a dry cloth afterwards and do not to wash item in a washing machine or dry clean as solvents may negatively affect the color or material itself.
If subject to rain, wipe clean as soon as possible and let item dry in a well ventilated area to prevent mildew.
Do not overstuff or overload the bag as this could damage to the bag and its hardware.
Avoid contact with any light colored items as color transfers may occur for colored or black canvas despite the high standards of our canvas dyeing process.
How do I maintain leather items?
To maintain leather items, do not store in high temperature areas or near steam, and keep away from oil, acid, or alkaline substances.
Note that genuine leather will fade over time. For colored or black leathers, avoid contact with with any light colored items as color transfers may occur.
Do not overstuff or overload the bag as this could damage to the bag and its hardware.
If the leather is exposed to water, perspiration or mildew, wipe the leather as soon as possible to prevent from the growth of mold. Do not use any electricial appliances or placing it in direct sunlight to dry.
We suggest using professional leather removers and cleaners to maintain your leather items, however, you may also use a small amount of cleaning fluid, and a sponge can help speed up the process. After any cleaning or treatment, be sure to leave the item in a well ventiled area to dry.
If the case of mold or mildew, use a brush to remove the spots, and then use a clean cloth to wipe the leather down. Place in a well ventilated area to air out any odors before applying conditioning oil to the leather.
Do not dry clean the leather or use any solvents as this may negatively affect the color or leather.
How do I maintain PVC+PU items?
To maintain PVC&PU items, do not store in high temperature areas or near steam.
Before placing any PVC&PU items in storage, be sure to clean the surface and let it dry in a well ventilated area. Always store the PVC&PU bag in a dry area away from light.
Our PVC&PU products are often paired with different fabric linings or metal hardware; therefore, spot clean items with a damp, soft cloth for dirt or dust, adding neutral detergent if treating an oil stain. Be sure to wipe with a dry cloth afterwards and do not to wash item in a washing machine or dry clean as solvents may negatively affect the color or material itself.
In case of rain, sweat, contact with skincare products, perfume, styling liquids, disinfectants, or alcohol-based products, etc., accidentally coming into contact with the bag surface, please wipe the bag with a clean white cloth dampened with water as soon as possible, and place it in a well-ventilated area to air dry to prevent surface contamination or damage from moisture and mold.
Do not pack sharp or excessively heavy items in the bag, as this may cause scratches or damage to the bag surface, and may even result in damage to accessories or parts.
Avoid contact with any light colored items as color transfers may occur for colored or black PVC&PU items despite the high standards of our PVC &PU dyeing process.
※ In order to be environmentally friendly, we use an eco-friendly PU coating which will naturally decompose overtime, depending on frequency of use. Before placing the bag in storage, make sure to clean the surface and let it dry in a well ventilated area. Always keep the bag in a dry and dark place.
We do not provide cleaning services for our items, but please be sure to refer to our maintenance guidelines provided upon purchase. For any additional questions, you can also bring your items to our retail locations for further consultation.
PORTER INTERNATIONAL products are made to ensure satisfaction for the natural lifetime of the product and are guaranteed against defects in craftsmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. Should you require repair within the warranty period, it will be free of charge. Please provide the customer Service Card with the products in question within warranty period for free repairs. Cards cannot be reissued if lost, and a handling fee will be charged for repairs.
Please note this warranty does not cover damages caused by natural wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the product. Repairs will be charged for products pass the 180-day warranty period or damages caused by natural wear, negligence, or misuse. The warranty policy does not apply to accessories, including but not limited to wallets, coin cases, key chains, apparels, and products under specific promotions or crafted with certain materials or fabrics. Hardware on selected collections are electroplated or covered with baking paint. Discoloration of metals is normal wear and tear, and is excluded from the repair warranty.
PORTER INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to decline exchange or repair services, or use substitute materials or accessories due to shortage in supply of the aforementioned parts.

You can directly bring the bag to any PORTER INTERNATIONAL retail store. Our staff will assist you in the repair process and inform you of the feasibility and cost of repair.

Repairs from overseas: Approximately 60 working days.

The actual feasibility and extent of repair depend on the actual condition of the product and may incur repair costs.

Please bring the bag and customer service card to any PORTER INTERNATIONAL physical retail store, where our staff will assist you in the subsequent international repair process, which can take up to 60 working days.

1. Present the customer service card or your cell phone/member card number PORTER INTERNATIONAL retail stores in Singapore to initiate the repair process.
2. If the bag cannot be repaired due to structural reasons, it will be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience.
3. Please remove all detachable accessories (keychain, shoulder straps, flashlights, etc.) before repairs to avoid from being lost.
4. The repair and warranty policy does not apply to apparel.
5. To preserve the product's original design concept, we do not accept repairs that would alter its product design.
6. Products manufactured more than 7 years ago will not be accepted for repair due to factors such as age, difficulty in obtaining raw materials, and complexity of repairs.
For example: Products produced in 2016 or earlier will not be accepted for repair in 2024.
*The year of manufacture is marked on the internal label of the product. The first two digits indicate the year (for example: 16=2016).
7. PORTER INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for storing any items left unclaimed for more than one month after the notified pickup date.
