ONLINE STORE PURCHASING PROCESS:
Welcome to the official Porter International Online Store. Please follow the steps below-
- In order to place an order online, please register and become a member of the Porter International Online Store. This will help speed up the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. To become a member, click the “Log In” icon on the top right corner of our homepage and follow the appropriate steps.
- Please select the item(s) you would like to purchase from our product pages and click “Add To Cart”.
- Once you have finished shopping, click the “Cart” icon on the top right to verify the item(s), make any changes to the item(s) or quantity, and start your payment process.
- After your order is finalized and the payment process is completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email at the email address you registered with. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email within 24 hours after you submitted your order, please contact our online customer service representatives via phone at +6533 8685 or via email at porter_sg@ll-porter.com. In order to quickly locate your order, please provide your order number when speaking with a customer service representative.
A FEW FRIENDLY REMINDERS
- Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee that the item is reserved for you. To ensure that the item(s) is reserved, you need to complete the checkout process and finalize the order.
- Out of stock items are indicated by a grey out “Add to Cart” icon and will not be available for purchase. The items will be available once stock has been replenished.
- Please fill out the correct name, address, and phone number during the member registration process to ensure an accurate order and shipping process.
- An order cannot be changed once it has been finalized and confirmed. If you have any questions, please contact our Online Customer Service Representatives.
- Porter International reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order placed that is disputed in terms of pricing error, product availability, disagreement of sales and system technical issues. Upon cancellation, Porter International will refund the amount charge to the credit card or respective bank account, as may be applicable, which was used to make the purchase.

We are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. Any personal information you provide to us is maintained on secure servers and anti-virus systems. We take appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access; we maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information and data stored on our system. We comply by stringent requirements for keeping your information secure, and inspect these measures to ensure they comply.
Accessing Personal Data
We provide mechanisms for updating and correcting your personal information for many of our services. If you would like to check, read, duplicate, add, correct, stop, use, or delete your personal information, please contact customer service and we will process your request promptly.
We offer a flat shipping rate of SGD $10 for all domestic shipments and free shipping for orders of SGD$500 or more. Shipping is limited to Singapore at the moment. Other S.E.A countries will be charged accordingly. Example: Flat Shipping rate to West Malaysia is $20. For East Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and other S.E.A countries range between $30 - $45 depending on the dimensional weight.
The standard delivery timeframe for deliveries in Singapore is 1-3 business days after items have been shipped. Please note that the expected delivery date/time is at our best approximation and will vary with circumstances such as location, weathers, or other factors outside our control.
(Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the delivery process will take longer than normal time, your kind understanding will be much appreciated.)
To review or check the status of your order, please click on “Track Order” in the member’s page. We ship primarily with TA.Q.BIN, GDEX or SINGPOST delivery for all domestic orders.
We accept major credit cards – VISA, MASTER CARD, JCB and China Union Pay Card. We also accept PAYPAL payment & PayNow (UEN 200510869E) / Bank Transfer. Note: For “PayNow” (UEN 200510869E) / Bank Transfer” transaction, if payment is not received by the due date and time stated in the order confirmation email, your order will be cancelled automatically. Once payment has been made, the order will shipped to you within 3 working days (excluding holidays). A shipping notification will be sent to you once order is shipped. Please provide the order no. example: PT18062500703 under remarks upon payment.
According to the Consumer Protection Law, we will accept the return of any 1) Defective or 2) Wrong products, with the original invoice within 7 days of the date you received your order. All returns must be in original packaging, with all original parts/items. We do not accept the returns of used, washed, or incomplete merchandise with missing parts/items. No return or exchange is allowed in any retail outlets.
In addition, we currently do not accept partial order returns for an order with multiple items. If you wish to do so, please return all items and place a new order for the item(s) you need. If the item you need is out of stock or if the price has changed, the new order will be in accordance with the stock and price listed at that moment. Until we have received your return order, we will proceed with the refund. For payment(s) made with a credit card, the refund will be returned to the same credit card used for purchase. It is critical that you provide accurate information when checking out to ensure a smooth return process.

You do not need to worry the genuineness of the product if you purchase at PORTER INTERNATIONAL appointed retail stores (department stores/authorized dealers and eCommerce platforms). PORTER INTERNATIONAL products do not sell via personal selling, random street stores and unauthorized websites.
We do not offer services to identify the authenticity of products. If the purchase was made from our appointed retail stores (department stores/authorized dealers and eCommerce platforms), the products are legitimate. In addition, the purchase should come with a warranty card which will ensure the quality of the products and allow for future repairs. Please do not purchase our products outside of these channels as you run the risk of buying counterfeit merchandise.

If it is less than 180 days from the date of purchase:
For damages caused by natural wear and tear, improper use, or accidents, additional fees may apply even the product is still within the warranty period.
For any product defects besides natural wear and tear, improper use, or accidents, please bring the item, along with the warranty card, to any of our PORTER INTERNATIONAL retail locations. This type of repairs is free of charge.
After 180 days from the date of purchase:
Please bring your item, along with the warranty card, to any PORTER INTERNATIONAL retail location. Additional fees will apply. Such fees will be quoted by the PORTER INTERNATIONAL repair center.
Wallets and small accessories are not included in the warranty.

- Before placing any nylon goods in storage, make sure to clean the surface and let it dry in a well ventilated area. Always keep the nylon bag in a dry and dark place.
- Our nylon products are often paired with different fabric linings or metal hardware; therefore, please do not use washing machine or large amounts of water to wash it.
- Do not dry clean. Solvents used may negatively affect the color or material itself.
- If subject to rain, wipe it clean as soon as possible and let it dry in a well ventilated area to prevent mildew.
- Please do not overstuff or overload the bag as this could damage to the bag and its hardware.
If your nylon bag has dust or oil stain, please do the following:
- Using a damp and soft cloth to wipe down the nylon.
- For oil stains, applying some dishwashing liquid before wiping the area and clean with a damp, soft cloth. Always remember to wipe the spots with a dry cloth as the last step.
- Do not store in high temperatures area or near a hot steam.
- Before placing any canvas goods in storage, make sure to clean the surface and let it dry in a well ventilated area. Always keep the nylon bag in a dry and dark place.
- Our canvas products are often paired with different fabric linings or metal hardware; therefore, please do not use washing machine or large amounts of water to wash it.
- Do not dry clean. Solvents used may negatively affect the color or material itself.
- If subject to rain, wipe it clean as soon as possible and let it dry in a well ventilated area to prevent mildew.
- Please do not overstuff or overload the bag as this could damage to the bag and its hardware.
- Despite the high standards of our canvas dyeing process, for colored or black canvas, color transfer will likely occur. Please avoid having the leather in touch with any light color items.
- Please avoid light –colored materials to be contacted with dark-colored clothes because it is likely that color transfer will occur.
If your canvas bag has been subject to dust or oil, please do the following:
- If the bag is dirty or dusty, we recommend using a damp, soft cloth to wipe down the canvas.
- If your bag has oil stains, we recommend applying some dishwashing liquid before wiping the area clean with a damp, soft cloth. Finally, wipe the spots with a dry cloth.
- Leather goods can be tricky to clean and maintain. Please make sure that the leather does not come in contact with oil, acid, or alkaline substances. Also, avoid high temperatures or areas subject to hot steam.
- Genuine leather will fade over time; this is a natural and normal phenomenon. For colored or black leathers, color transfer will likely occur. Please avoid having the leather in touch with any light color items.
- Please do not overstuff or overload the bag as this could damage the leather as well as the hardware.
If the leather is exposed to water, perspiration or mildew, please do the following:
- Upon exposure to rain, water or sweat, wipe the leather dry as soon as possible, and place it in well ventilated area to dry. Do not heat the leather with any electrical appliances or otherwise subject it to high temperatures; this may result in the growth of mold.
- Though we suggest professional leather cleaning, removers and cleaners for leather can help. We suggest using just a small amount of cleaning fluid and leaving the item in a well ventilated area to dry (the use of a sponge can also speed up the process). Do not dry clean the leather. We also do not advise the use of any solvents as this may negatively affect the color or leather itself.
- If the case of mold or mildew, use a brush to remove the spots, and then use a clean cloth to wipe the leather down. Place in a well ventilated area to air out any smells before applying conditioning oil to the leather.
We do not provide cleaning service for PORTER INTERNATIONAL items. Please consult the maintenance tips provided when the purchased was made. You may also bring the items need to be cleaned to any of our retail location where our sales representatives will be happy to advise you on the matter.
Yes, but additional charges may be required. Please follow the same procedures as the bag repair process.
Purchase made in the country of your residence (i.e. bought in Singapore and live in Singapore):
Please bring the item, along with the warranty card, to the original store where the purchase was made. The sales representative will assist you in getting the repair process initiated (i.e. approximate time it take, fee, etc.).
Purchase made outside of the country of your residence (i.e. live in Singapore, but the purchase was made elsewhere):
We regret to inform you that PORTER INTERNATIONAL currently does not provide repair services for such purchases. Please contact customer services at porter@alamore.net to see if there is any alternative option can be arranged. We will handle this in a "case by case" basis and we cannot guarantee such repair can be arranged or done.
The majority of time to get the product repaired will be spent in transit, regardless of how simple the repair work may be. This is to accommodate the time it takes to get the product to/from our logistic warehouse & the repair center. Our sales representatives will contact you once the repaired item is back to the store. Pick-up will always be the same location where the item was originally dropped off.
It depends. Normally it will take approximately 30 ~ 45 business days.
The bag can be brought into any PORTER INTERNATIONAL retail locations. The Sales Representative in the store will assist you in filling out the work order and contacting necessary staff to offer you with a price quote. Please ensure that there is no personal belongings in the bag and all its accessories (e.g. hanging flashlights, keychains, baseboard, etc) are removed before dropping the bag to us.
Please Note : For certain special materials and fabrics, we may not be able to provide maintenance services. Please contact our store Sales Representative for details.

If the item is unused, and/or found to be defected, exchanges or returns can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please show proof of purchase (i.e. receipt, credit card records, customer service card, etc.). Original packing and all accessories included must be returned in its original condition. Items available for exchanges or returns are limited to those paid for by cash or card; items purchased via gift cards are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Items which have been used or washed cannot be exchanges or returns. For items that have been purchased for more than 7 days, exchanges or returns will not be offered and only maintenance and repair services will be available.
PORTER INTERNATIONAL products are made to ensure satisfaction for the natural lifetime of the product and are guaranteed against defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. Should you require any repairs for a product found to be defective within the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge. This warranty does not apply to products subject to natural wear and tear, damages, or previously altered/repaired by an unauthorized agent.
A handling fee will incur for repairs caused by wear, negligence, damage from unauthorized repairs, or outside of the warranty period.
The warranty policy does not apply to accessories such as wallet, coin case, key chain, and products with particular material. Also, in order to maintain the concept of each product, we do not accept repair requests that will alter the originality of the product.
Please contact your local PORTER INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) store for repair services. PORTER INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) reserves the right to decline return, exchange, or repair service due to short supply of material, parts or accessories.
